Applications for grant funding must be made through a third party such as a health visitor or other medical practitioner, a social worker, or a charitable/voluntary organisation. We cannot accept applications directly from the person seeking a grant. Grants awarded are paid to the third party. No awards can be made to the client directly.

Applications can be made in writing using an Application From. We require details of the reasons for the request, items required and most importantly detailing any relevant medical or social circumstances affecting the child. The more information we are given, the more fully we can consider the application.
